How fast is "priority"?
Trade devices go to the front of the bench. Most screens and batteries are same day, often within the hour. Part on order? Take a loaner.
Do you do credit accounts?
No — deliberately. You pay when the job's done and you collect a working device. No statements, no admin, no surprises, and our prices stay sharp.
What's the loaner phone?
A working phone from our refurbished stock, free while your device is on the bench. SIM in, carry on working, swap back at collection.
Can you fix our till iPad?
Yes — POS and bookings tablets are urgent jobs for us. Screens, batteries, charging ports on iPads and Android tablets.
Staff phone beyond repair?
We sell tested refurbished iPhones, Samsungs, iPads and MacBooks — usually same-day replacement, and we'll buy the dead one for parts.
Is there a fee or contract?
No. Registration is free, there's no contract and no minimum. You only ever pay for repairs you actually have done.
Trade Service Terms
Plain-English terms for registered trade customers. Your statutory rights are not affected.
1. Registration
Trade registration is free, carries no contract, no minimum spend and no obligation. We may decline or withdraw registration at our discretion. Registration covers devices used by your business and its staff.
2. Quotes & authorisation
Every repair starts with a free, no-obligation quote. Work begins only once you (or the staff member presenting the device) approve the quote. If we find additional faults mid-repair, we'll contact you before doing any extra chargeable work.
3. Payment
All work is payable in full on completion, at collection, by card, cash or bank transfer. We do not operate credit or monthly-invoice accounts. Devices remain the property of Mobile Inc's customer but may be retained by us until payment is made.
4. No fix, no fee
If we cannot repair your device, you pay nothing for the attempted repair. Where a diagnostic charge applies (complex board-level work), we'll tell you before we start.
5. Loaner devices
Loaner phones are offered free of charge, subject to availability, while your device is with us. Loaners remain the property of Mobile Inc and must be returned in the condition lent, with any passcodes/accounts removed, when you collect your repaired device. Lost or damaged loaners are charged at fair market value. You are responsible for any data you place on a loaner.
6. Warranty
Repairs carry our standard 90-day warranty on the parts fitted and our workmanship. The warranty doesn't cover new accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair, or faults unrelated to the work we carried out.
7. Your data
Please back up your device before bringing it in. While problems are rare, we cannot accept responsibility for loss of data during repair. We never access your files beyond what's needed to test the repair.
8. Uncollected devices
Devices left uncollected for 90 days after we notify you the work is complete may be sold or recycled to recover our costs, in line with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977. We'll always attempt to contact you first.
9. Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the value of the repair charge or, where we are at fault for loss of the device, the fair market value of the device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. The legal bit
"Mobile Inc" refers to Mobile Inc, 5 The Fairings, Tenterden, Kent TN30 6QX. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. These terms apply to business-to-business services; your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected for personal devices.
