Is there an upfront setup charge?
There is no setup fee. The initial agreement runs for 24 monthly payments. Starter is £79 per month, totalling £1,896 over that term.
Who owns the website and domain?
The domain stays in your name. During the initial term the website is hosted and licensed to you. Ownership transfers after the 24th payment.
Can I cancel before the 24 months are up?
The remaining minimum-term payments are still due unless an alternative settlement is agreed in writing. After payment 24, optional care is a separate rolling service with 30 days’ written notice.
What happens after the initial term?
You own the website after payment 24. Ongoing care becomes optional at £29, £65 or £149 per month depending on the plan, or you can arrange your own hosting and care.
Can you replace my current website?
Yes. The plans cover new builds, including complete replacements. We’ll check your domain, existing content and the move before agreeing the project.
Does the plan guarantee enquiries?
No. We build around your services, evidence and contact routes, and provide the agreed search setup. Rankings and the number of enquiries depend on factors beyond the website alone.
